Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help adults with developmental disabilities in New York. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living activities, and assist with mobility and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Fluent English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and safe home environment.
• Administer medications as directed and support medical appointments.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe navigation.
• Implement behavioral and emotional support strategies with respect.
• Organize community activities and encourage social engagement.
• Assist with communication tools and advocate for needs and rights.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in electronic systems.
