Job summary

The role is non-exempt, with flexible hours (full-time or part-time) and an hourly wage. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, health maintenance, transportation, and community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance/registration required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct support per individual service plans, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, recreation, transportation, community integration, shopping, and other daily living tasks.
