Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct support within a program, assisting 4–6 individuals in residential or up to 10 in periodic programs.
• Provide activities including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration and skills/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration, shopping and meals.
• Document progress, maintain confidentiality, and follow care plans.
