Responsibilities

• Assists Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks such as showers, dressing, housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meals planning.
• Provides transportation to activities/appointments; Arkansas Driver's License required.
• Maintains communication via logs and meetings between staff about clients' needs and progress.
• Completes required documentation (behavioral/incident reports, care sheets, requisitions, maintenance forms, progress reports, attendance logs).
• Maintains records for Medicaid guidelines and vehicle mileage/billing.
• Reports incidents/emergencies to supervisors immediately; safety sensitive role.
• Assists in Plan of Care management to ensure health, safety, and security.
• Follows medication management guidelines and documents procedures.
• Organizes and conducts client recreational activities.
• Represents FCC with appropriate appearance and behavior; adheres to dress code.
• Maintains FCC facilities/grounds and vehicles; performs maintenance tasks as needed.
• Attends training and continuing education; provides proof of liability insurance.
