Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills (showering, dressing, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintain communication via logs and staff meetings about client progress.
• Complete required documentation (reports, forms, records) accurately.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Organize recreational activities and model professional behavior.
