Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2+ years' experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must also have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks (showers, dressing, housekeeping, grocery shopping, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments; valid Arkansas Driver's License required.
• Maintain communication via facility logbook and staff meetings; report progress toward care plan by end of shift.
• Accurately complete required documentation (behavioral/incident reports, forms, progress reports, logs).
• Follow medication management guidelines and document procedures.
• Organize and carry out recreational activities for clients.
• Model professional appearance and behavior in line with FCC dress code and mission.
• Support facility and vehicle maintenance; assist with driving and mileage logging per Medicaid guidelines.
