Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Virginia driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks, and meal planning.
• Document daily progress notes and communicate needs to management.
• Assist residents with physician appointments and transportation.
• Administer and document medications as directed.
• Greet visitors, supervise visiting in the home, and ensure safety.
