The Supported Living Group in Connecticut is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals on their path to independence through daily routines, household tasks, and community activities. You will assist with transportation to appointments, personal care, and developing life skills like budgeting and grocery shopping, enabling greater self-sufficiency for participants.

• A high school education (or GED).
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, insurance and registration.
• Must be at least 18 years or older with a personal cell phone.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with household chores and tasks.
• Drive to appointments and accompany individuals as needed.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene.
• Help develop routines that promote independence and self-sufficiency.

Founded and headquartered in Danielson in 2006, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany Connecticut, The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry leading non-medical community based and person centered support services throughout the state of Connecticut.

Female Participant- Bilingual.

Monday- Friday 3:00pm- 11:00pm
