Job summary

The Supported Living Group is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Connecticut team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will support individuals with disabilities with daily activities, drive to appointments, help with personal care, and reinforce life skills to promote independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with household tasks, teaching budgeting and shopping, and ensuring safety and wellbeing. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
