Job summary

The Supported Living Group is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals in Connecticut to support individuals toward greater independence. You will assist with daily tasks, transportation to appointments, personal care, and routine development to promote self-sufficiency.

Full-Time or Part-Time roles are available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSAs, FSAs, and paid time off. A strong passion for improving quality of life is essential.

Qualifications

• A desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle registration are required.
• Must be 18 years or older with a personal cell phone.
• We value passion and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household chores and daily tasks.
• Drive to appointments as needed.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Teach essential life skills such as budgeting and grocery shopping.
