The Supported Living Group (SLG) in Connecticut is hiring Direct Support Professionals for full-time or part-time roles in Avon and Danielson. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and support individuals in practical skills such as budgeting and transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Passion and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household chores and daily tasks.
• Drive to appointments as needed.

Founded and headquartered in Danielson in 2006, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany Connecticut, The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry leading non-medical community based and person centered support services throughout the state of Connecticut.

Sunday 9am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm, Saturday 10am-6pm

Sunday, Friday, and Saturday- 7am- 5pm

Stand to lift use required. Some hands-on care.
