The Supported Living Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with disabilities in Connecticut. Full-Time or Part-Time roles include assisting with daily living, transportation to appointments, and skill-building activities to foster independence.

We value compassionate, reliable team members who communicate well and are committed to improving quality of life. Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts with a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must be 18 years or older with a personal cell phone.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals with daily living activities and chores.
• Drive to appointments and accompany participants as needed.
• Assist with personal hygiene and routine development to promote independence.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting and grocery shopping.

Join our team at The Supported Living Group as a Full Time or Part Time Direct Support Professional! In this role, you will have the privilege of assisting with household chores and tasks, driving to appointments, providing assistance with personal hygiene, and helping to develop routines that promote independence and self-sufficiency. But that's not all! You will also have the rewarding task of teaching essential life skills, such as grocery shopping and budgeting, empowering individuals to confidently navigate the challenges of everyday life.

Schedule- Saturday and Sunday- 8:00am- 4:00pm
