The Supported Living Group seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with disabilities in Connecticut. You will assist with daily living activities, chores, transportation to appointments, and personal care in a respectful, person-centered manner.

Wednesday- 12:00pm- 10:00pm

Friday- 5:00pm- 10:00pm
