UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Mon Yough in McKeesport, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Vocational to empower seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 21 years old, and a PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PA driver's license and meet agency vehicle insurance guidelines.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred or required.

Make a meaningful impact every day as a Direct Support Professional - Vocational with UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Mon Yough in McKeesport, PA!

In this rewarding role, you'll support senior adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavior disorders by promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and helping them remain active members of their communities. You'll provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS) while developing and facilitating engaging facility‑based and community‑based programming tailored to each individual's interests, strengths, and goals. You'll play a key role in teaching life skills, encouraging socialization, fostering community integration, and supporting opportunities for competitive integrated employment.

Key Information

• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm, 75 Hours Bi-weekly.
• Location: 500 Market Street, 15132
• Parking: Lot parking available for small cost
• Dress Code: Casual
