Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities on a part-time basis. The role involves helping with daily living, community participation, and personal care, with shifts in the 2nd and limited 3rd depending on openings.

Training is provided, and a compassionate, proactive approach is valued. Position offers weekend and holiday availability, with approximately 28 hours per week and potential sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-hire Clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).
• Ability to pass Medication Administration and CPR/First Aid Certification
• Access to a personal mobile device for work communication

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living needs, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Assist individuals in community activities, hobbies, and social events to build relationships.
• Provide transportation to work, appointments, or social gatherings.

Part Time Hours: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and limited 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM) availability, including weekends and holidays, approximately 28 hours per week. Please note that most current openings are on 2nd shift.
