UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Mon Yough in McKeesport, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Vocational to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will promote independence, assist with ADLs, and help participants engage in meaningful activities.

In this rewarding role, you'll support senior adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities by promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and helping them remain active members of their communities. You'll provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS) while developing and facilitating engaging facility-based and community-based programming tailored to each individual's interests, strengths, and goals. You'll play a key role in teaching life skills, encouraging socialization, fostering community integration, and supporting opportunities for competitive integrated employment.
