Job summary

UPMC Mon Yough Behavioral Health in Kentucky is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in a supportive residential setting. You’ll provide hands-on assistance that helps residents build independence and enjoy meaningful and fulfilling lives.

No prior experience required—training is provided. Expect to assist with daily living, medications, transportation, and documentation, while keeping residents safe and supported.

From supporting daily living and self-help skills to medication administration and transportation, you'll play an important role in each individual's day while ensuring their safety and well-being. No prior experience required- we provide all the training you will need to be successful!

Key Information:

• Schedule: 4 Shifts per week. Monday 12p-8p, Thursday 6am-5pm, Friday 6am-5pm, Sunday 10a-8pm. Will include holidays, but no on-call requirements.
• Location: 11981 North Street, 15642
• Parking: Free on site
• Dress Code: Casual
