Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid PA driver's license and meet agency vehicle insurance guidelines.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and ensure consumer safety and well‑being.
• Deliver individualized support and implement ISP goals.
• Facilitate community, employment, and skill-building activities.
• Build positive relationships with consumers, families, and partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation, compliance and required training.
