Job summary

ARISE/EFR in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Self-Direction DSP to support a young woman with developmental and physical disabilities in her daily routine. The role requires every other Saturday and Sunday morning, 6:30am-10:00am, in the Syracuse area.

This per diem position provides essential respite and personal care support, working with a dedicated, reliable care team. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, good communication, and dependable transportation.

Qualifications

ARISE/EFR is seeking staff to work every other Saturday and Sunday morning in the Syracuse (east) area with a young woman who has a developmental and physical disability. She is looking for dedicated support staff to provide respite and personal care.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient and enthusiastic. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Schedule: Every other weekend/Saturday and Sunday: 6:30am-10:00am

Pay rate: $22.50/hour
