Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist a young lady with developmental delay in maintaining her independence in the community.
• Help her participate in activities outside of the home that are of interest to her.
• Provide support throughout the scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR's technology policy.

Other Requirements

Safe driver; background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire.

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, starting around 2:30/3 for a few hours each evening; specifically would like services provided on Friday nights.

Compensation

$20 per hour; part-time position.
