Indera is seeking staff to work evenings and/or weekends in the Dewitt/Fayetteville area with a young man who has a developmental and physical disability. He is looking for dedicated support staff to assist him to work on daily living skills and provide personal care. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, patient and enthusiastic.

Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. Reliable transportation and a HS diploma/GED required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.

Indera is seeking staff to work evenings and/or weekends in the Dewitt/Fayetteville area with a young man who has a developmental and physical disability. He is looking for dedicated support staff to assist him to work on daily living skills and provide personal care.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, patient and enthusiastic. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. Reliable transportation and a HS diploma/GED required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Schedule:

• Evenings and/or weekends – approx 10-15 hours per week
• Schedule to be agreed upon with family
• Availability to fill in occasionally for regular weekday staff a plus

Pay rate: $25.00/hr
