Job summary

ARISE/Exceptional Family Resources (EFR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Syracuse area on a per diem basis. The role provides support to a young man with developmental delay, helping with independent living skills and community engagement, including gaming activities.

Job Description: Provide support to a young man with developmental delay, assisting with independent living skills and community engagement, including gaming activities.

Working Hours

Monday Noon - 5:00 pm, Tuesday 11:30 am - 3:00 pm, Thursday 10:30 am - 3:00 pm, Friday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible with assignments and schedule.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site on time.
• Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
