Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to advocate for and support adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. You will assist with daily living tasks, community engagement, and accompanying to appointments as needed.

The DSP role offers a part-time schedule (37 hours), paid training, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $500 for part-time employees, plus a comprehensive benefits package and education opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate actively in their lives.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, transportation and community activities as needed.
• Follow behavior support plans and individual goals; accompany to appointments and errands.
• Maintain certifications and follow agency policies and DDS regulations.
