Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities and help them participate actively in daily life. The role includes assisting with household tasks, personal care, and community engagement.

The position offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a new pay rate. Schedule includes overnight hours on Wednesdays; part-time at 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Help with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, personal care.
• Assist with medical appointments, banking, community activities, outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
