Job summary

Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities and help them participate in daily life. Paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff are provided.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, attending appointments, and supporting community involvement. Ongoing training and a commitment to safety are emphasized throughout.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, transportation, appointments, and community activities.
• Follow Behavioral Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines as required.
