Job summary
Venture Community Services in Massachusetts seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living tasks, accompanying clients to appointments, and supporting community participation, while following Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
This part-time position offers a 16-hour schedule (Sun 7a-3p, Sat 7a-3p), a pay rate of $17.50–$19 per hour with paid training and a $1000 sign-on

Responsibilities
- Advocate for adults 22+ with IDD and empower independence.
- Assist with daily living activities and community participation.
- Support appointments, banking, outings, and medication administration.
- Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
- Ensure safety and emergency readiness.
