Boone Supported Living, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in the Mid-Missouri area, with evenings, weekends, and limited overnights available. Earn up to $18.75/hour plus bonus opportunities and wage increases.

No experience? Paid training is provided; grow your career while making a meaningful impact every day.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client transportation.
• Must have valid automobile insurance and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills or comfort with electronic documentation.
• Ability to pass Family Care Safety Registry screening and a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and community involvement.
• Encourage independence with compassionate support.
• Administer medications after training per agency policies.
• Document services and progress toward goals.
• Monitor health needs and report changes as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Safely transport individuals to appointments and activities.
• Complete all required documentation and logs accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide individualized support based on each person's unique goals and needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities and community involvement

• Encouraging independence while providing compassionate support

• Administering medications after training and according to agency policies

• Documenting services provided and progress toward individual goals

• Monitoring health needs and reporting changes when necessary

• Following individualized care plans

• Safely transporting individuals to appointments and community activities

• Completing required documentation, mileage logs, incident reports, and other records accurately and on time

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for employment, applicants must have:

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation

• Current automobile insurance

• High school diploma or GED

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to pass the Family Care Safety Registry screening and criminal background check
