Job summary

Boone Supported Living, LLC in Missouri is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and a higher quality of life.

You will assist with daily living, accompany individuals to community activities, and help set personal goals. Paid training is provided; no prior experience required. Evening and weekend shifts are available, with some overnight hours in limited cases.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for client transportation.
• High school diploma or GED; legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass Family Care Safety Registry screening and criminal background check.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities and community involvement
• Encouraging independence while providing compassionate support
• Administrating medications after training and according to agency policies
• Documenting services provided and progress toward individual goals
• Monitoring health needs and reporting changes when necessary
• Following individualized care plans
• Safely transporting individuals to appointments and community activities
• Completing required documentation, mileage logs, incident reports, and other records accurately and on time

What You'll Do
