You will work in a supportive environment, documenting care, coordinating with families, and following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and identification documents required.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must document care in English and communicate clearly with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal prep.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and attend medical appointments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
