ICM is seeking dedicated caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities in Arkansas. The role includes helping with bathing, dressing, feeding, medication reminders, and mobility support, while ensuring client safety and comfort.

You will also provide companionship and help manage appointments and transportation as needed, reporting daily updates through our platform. We emphasize HIPAA compliance, reliable attendance, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform daily living activities with customers.
• Demonstrate HIPAA awareness and comply with privacy requirements.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance and report updates.
• Communicate clearly with customers and care teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and medication reminders.

• Monitor safety, observe condition changes, and report issues to supervisors.

• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain a supportive approach.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
