Job summary

ICM, Inc. in Russellville, AR is seeking compassionate aides to provide personal care and support for customers, including bathing, dressing, meal planning, medication assistance, and daily living activities.

You will coordinate transportation, accompany to appointments, document daily activities, monitor safety, and communicate with the team while upholding HIPAA and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).
• HIPAA regulations must be understood and complied with.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, medication help).
• Help customers make appointments and arrange transportation; serve as a companion.
• Provide daily written updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and monitor safety; monitor equipment and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
