Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc in Arkansas is seeking dedicated home health aides to provide compassionate in-home care. You will help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, while ensuring safety and dignity for clients.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
