Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc is seeking dedicated home care aides to help Ola, AR clients with daily living tasks, companionship, and health-support in their homes.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, meal planning, medication reminders, and light housework while ensuring safety and dignity. Daily shift updates are recorded on an online platform.

Qualifications

• Provide daily living assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding.
• Observe and report changes in client condition and safety.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding) and medication support.
• Plan menus, assist with housework and errands, and arrange transportation.
• Monitor client condition, safety, and equipment; report changes.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities in an online platform.
• Observe client needs and respond with quality decisions and problem-solving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
