Job summary

ICM, Inc. seeks caregivers to assist customers with daily activities including bathing, eating, dressing and medication reminders in a home setting. You will also arrange transportation, accompany clients on appointments, and document daily shifts for care coordination.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, maintaining equipment, and providing compassionate support to help clients achieve greater quality of life and community integration.

Qualifications

• Understands and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).
• Follows all policies, procedures and SOPs and asks for clarification when needed.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
