Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide quality daily living assistance, including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication help, and basic housekeeping for clients.

The role supports client independence, coordinates appointments or transportation, and monitors safety. Documentation of shifts is submitted online, with adherence to HIPAA and SOPs to ensure privacy and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some positions require additional education.
• Understanding and compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment; follows SOPs and policies.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care: daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance.
• Help customers make and keep appointments or arrange transportation for errands.
• Assist clients to achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform.
• Observe the customer's condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety and success, including monitoring equipment.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
