Job summary

ICM, Inc. seeks compassionate home health aide to assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and medication reminders. You will support transportation, help plan menus, and ensure safety at home.

You will provide written daily updates on each shift using an online platform, monitor clients' well-being, and report changes to supervisors. Training on HIPAA and safety standards is provided. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Help customers make appointments and arrange transportation.

• Observe customer condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety and success.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
