Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to advocate for and assist adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help with daily living activities, household tasks, meal prep, shopping, personal care, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Paid training, orientation, CPR/First Aid, MAP, and other trainings are provided. This full-time role offers pay between $17.50 and $19.00 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus for residential

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults with IDD to participate in daily activities.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, appointments, and community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
• Maintain certifications and comply with DDS regulations.
