Qualifications

• We require a compassionate, patient and encouraging attitude.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Empowerment and personal care for ADLs with respect and support.
• Behavioral support and advocacy following person-centered plans.
• Assist with community integration, transportation and activities.
• Support health and wellness, including medications and meals.
