Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Stoneville, NC. We provide paid training to turn your compassion into a career. Earn a $1,000 signing bonus and weekly pay, with flexible full-time and part-time options.

As a DSP, you will support individuals with activities of daily living, behavioral support, community integration, and health/wellness needs. All U.S. compliant backgrounds welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must have a compassionate, patient and encouraging attitude.
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support with personal care, grooming and mealtime assistance.
• Offer behavioral support and advocacy following person-centered plans.
• Assist with community integration, transportation, appointments, and activities.
• Support health and wellness, including medication assistance and mobility support.
