Abound Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Statesville, NC. Paid training provided and weekly pay with a $1,000 signing bonus. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules allow balancing family, education, and personal priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Empowerment and personal care support with ADLs such as hygiene, grooming, and mealtime assistance.
• Provide behavioral support and de-escalation per person-centered plans.
• Support community integration, transportation to appointments, and participation in hobbies or community-based jobs.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility and meal preparation.
