Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support daily living activities, attend appointments, and help participants engage in their community.

The role offers paid training, a scheduled 30-hour week, a pay range of $17.50–$19 per hour, and a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Benefits include health and dental coverage and earned PTO.
