Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time role includes Saturday shifts (9a–11p) with paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $500 for part-time employees.

You will assist with daily living tasks and accompany clients to appointments and community activities. The position offers paid orientation, CPR/First Aid, MAP training, and ongoing education

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks: household chores, meals, shopping, personal care.
• Accompany to medical appointments and community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, ISPs, and medical guidelines.
• Maintain safety and emergency readiness.
