Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities through advocacy, daily living supports, and community participation.

This part-time position offers Fri 3p-11p and Sat 3p-11p (16 hours). Pay is $17.50–$19.00 per hour with paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff or $500 for part-time. You will join a compassionate team, receive paid New Employee Orientation and ongoing education.

• Assist with household tasks, meals, shopping, appointments and community involvement.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
• Maintain certifications and comply with DDS regulations and agency policies.
