Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) on a part-time schedule with a paid training program and a sign-on bonus.

The role focuses on assisting adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting daily living activities, transportation, and community involvement. The DSP will work Saturdays 9a-11p in a 14-hour shift, receive paid orientation and CPR/First Aid training, and earn benefits as described in the company package.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Follow Individual Support Plans and goals and comply with medical guidelines in place.
