Job summary

The Supported Living Group in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals on their journey toward independence and personal growth. Full-Time or Part-Time positions are available with shifts from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am.

Your role includes assisting with daily living tasks, driving to appointments, helping with personal hygiene, and teaching essential life skills such as budgeting and grocery shopping to promote self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Problem-solving ability and flexibility are important.
A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration.
Must be at least 18 years old with a personal cell phone.
We value passion and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist with household chores and daily living tasks.
Drive to appointments and support transportation needs.
Assist with personal hygiene and daily routines.

Sunday- Saturday Shifts Available- 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am.
