Job summary

The Supported Living Group is looking for Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in Connecticut with daily living activities and skill-building. You will help with chores, transportation to appointments, personal care, and creating routines that foster independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household chores and daily living tasks.

Founded and headquartered in Danielson in 2006, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany Connecticut, The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry leading non-medical community based and person centered support services throughout the state of Connecticut.

Female Participant

Sunday and Saturday - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Monday- Friday- 7am-5pm, 11pm, 7am

Male Participant

Sunday 4pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Saturday 9am-5pm
