Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Advocate for individuals and participate in treatment planning.
• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Dispense medications under the guidance of a Nurse.
• Document habilitation services and medical charts as required.
