Indera (formerly ARISE) seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a 26-year-old man in the Syracuse, NY area. You will assist with community activities, independent living skills, and encourage new hobbies and participation.

Hours are 9am–3pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, totaling about 15 hours per week. Per diem position paid at $23 per hour. A background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be completed prior to hire.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at job site on time.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.

Indera formally known as ARISE is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a man 26yrs old in the Syracuse, NY area. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is open-minded, energetic, respectful and dedicated staff to engage in activities with him in the community.

The DSP will assist him in navigating around the community; DSP will assist with independent living skills. DSP will encourage him to try new hobbies/activities.

Hours- 9am-3pm Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Looking for roughly 15 hours per week Com Hab services at $23 per hour

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities will be a plus. Reliable transportation is required. A background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be completed prior to hire through the non‑profit agency.
