Job summary

ARISE CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICE INC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a young lady in the Syracuse, NY area. The role involves assisting with community navigation, independent living skills, and motivating participation in new hobbies and activities.

Hours and schedule vary, with roughly 30 hours per week at $23 per hour. The DSP will support the client’s daily living needs and physical fitness goals in community settings.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Indera formerly known as ARISE is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a young lady 18yrs old in the Syracuse, NY area. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is open-minded, energetic, respectful and dedicated staff to engage in activities with him in the community.
• Hours- days and hours may vary
• Looking for roughly 30 hours per week Com Hab services at $23 per hour

• We are seeking individuals who are reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities will be a plus.
