Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• CPR and First Aid training must be completed through approved providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Implement and follow ISPs aligned to client goals.
• Provide companionship and encourage social inclusion.
• Administer medications and monitor health per guidelines.
• Assist clients with job applications and job training.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral plans.
